Role Description The Industrial Training Program at NextGen E-Learning Hub is a full-time remote learning and project-based role designed exclusively for college students. Participants will attend live online training sessions, complete guided projects, and engage in practical assignments that simulate real industry scenarios.

Day-to-day activities include collaborating with mentors, working on web development and programming tasks, practicing networking concepts, and preparing and delivering presentations related to technical topics.



Students will be expected to follow a structured schedule, meet project deadlines, participate in assessments, and actively contribute to group discussions and peer learning. The program aims to help students gain hands-on experience, improve their professional skills, and become job-ready for roles in technology and related fields.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in acquiring and applying technical skills, including Web Development and Python (Programming Language).
- Ability to participate in Training activities and effectively use Presentation Skills for technical and non-technical topics.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts or willingness to learn and apply networking fundamentals.
- Currently enrolled as a college student in any discipline related to technology, engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- Reliable access to a computer, stable internet connection, and ability to work in a remote, online learning environment.
- Good communication skills, time management, and the ability to collaborate with mentors and peers.
