- Conduct time & motion (GSD/SMV) studies for all operations
- Calculate and maintain accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for styles
- Perform line balancing to achieve maximum efficiency
- Monitor production efficiency, DHU, and hourly output
- Plan operator allocation based on skill matrix
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper capacity planning and target setting
- Support current style implementation (pilot run)
- Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction)
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams
- Analyze daily production reports and suggest improvements
- Ensure work aids and layout optimization for smooth workflow
