Management of design and continuously revision of production processes to optimize ergonomics, maximize efficiency,

improve flexibility and capacity and in general reduce waste

- Management of current facilities: activities in the installation, ensuring timetable, costs, safety and efficiency of the incoming

equipment
- Ensure the creation of production standards, methods and operating procedures
- Time studies and Motion studies within the plant, bottleneck management throughout the production process and line

balancing / re-balancing (when needed)
- Development of specifications for new machines and production lines and design review (considering the specifications

defined) with external suppliers
- Commissioning and acceptance of new production equipment




- Management of new products industrialization and Engineering Change Requests from R&D; and Quality departments.
- Preparation of routings and sub phases identification
- Support to plant layout design (or re-design) to improve and streamline flows
- Identification of cycle time, phases description, task element clocking
- Activities related to analysis of feeding components and design/selection/procurement and training on tools need for

material presentation and production
- Lead WCM Early Equipment Management as Pillar Leade
