Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include What you’ll be doing

Hunting creators, not waiting for them

- Scouting Instagram, YouTube & the internet for creators who actually fit the brand
- Building a pipeline across micro & mid-tier influencers
- Sending outreach that doesn’t sound like a template

Making barter feel like a win
- Pitching collaborations in a way creators want in
- Negotiating smart barter deals (not just free product spam)
- Managing conversations, nudges, and closes at scale

Running the machine
- Handling 50+ creators a month
- Making sure content lands not just promises

Keeping things tight
- Sharing clear briefs
- Coordinating with internal teams for approvals, dispatch & reposts
- Spotting creators worth building long-term with

Tracking what content performs vs flops
- Identifying patterns in creators, formats, hooks
- Feeding insights back into the system

You’ll do well here if you
- Live on Instagram and can smell a positive creator in 10 seconds
- Are comfortable sending a lot of DMs and following up harder
- Know how to be persistent without being annoying
- Are organised enough to manage chaos in spreadsheets
- Understand that scale = repetition + systems + speed
