Role Description: The Industrial Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Factory located in Thane. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production workflows, develop and implement process improvements, and optimize resource utilization across rotational moulding and machine manufacturing operations.

The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, design, and production teams, preparing technical documentation and reports, and supporting implementation of lean practices and cost reduction projects. The Industrial Engineer will also assist with troubleshooting production issues, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring that processes align with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Candidates should possess solid Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills,



with experience in production systems and factory layout optimization.
2. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Process Improvement capabilities, including familiarity with lean principles, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
3. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings clearly.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
5. Experience in plastics manufacturing, rotational moulding, or machinery production is an advantage.
6. Proficiency with CAD tools, and basic statistical analysis is beneficial.
7. Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
