Purpose/Objective

Managing and preparing all legal documents, agreements, deeds, and contracts related to land acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Responsibilities: -Establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners, local authorities, legal entities, and other stakeholders involved in the acquisition process.

-Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, zoning requirements, and permitting processes throughout the acquisition process - Collaborating with internal teams, such as Survey, Mining, E&M;, for issues with respect to Land and Liasion related matters.

Coordination with HO / Cluster – Legal, Land and Corporate Affairs Team.

-Liaison with govt.

departments like Revenue, Forest, Zila Panchayat, Tehsildar, Patwari, SDM, District Mining Office, Central, State and District Administrative offices etc.

for obtaining necessary clearances permissions, obtain land records pertaining to private land owners and mobilize them for land purchase negotiations.





-Oversee and manage the overall land acquisition activities of assigned development project Ensuring completeness of all land rights documents particularly the perfection of documentation of real property right relations - Preparation of land schedules and acquisition proposals for all kinds of land / government land, forest land etc.

- Liaisoning and pursuing for all land related works to all concerned stakeholders including govt. bodies and private parties / individuals - Preparation of proposals for forest land diversion and procurements of CA land with all details - Preparation of proposals for rehabilitation and resettlement plan for project affected people (PAP) - Manage the various stakeholders for the desired land acquisition and R&R; for productive start / operation of the mining project.

Technical Competencies Regulatory Compliance,Knowledge of Land Revenue Acts,Understanding of Coal Mine Development and Mining Lease Requirements,Liaison with DGMS, MoEFCC, SPCB

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: MA/M.

Com/MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.

Experience: 5-10 Years experience in coal mines.
