Job Position: level-Manager | Skill: Oracle Fusion HCM OTL (Time & Labor) | Competency: Oracle | LOS: Advisory | Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Minimum 7 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.
- Must have participated in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM / Time & Labor (OTL) implementations.
- Strong understanding of Time & Labor, Absence Management, Scheduling, Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, and Approval workflows.
- In-depth understanding of workforce management business processes and related data flows.
- Proven experience in delivering Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions,



including business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience working directly with clients during workshops, fit-gap analysis, design discussions, UAT, and go-live support.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
