Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Executive to manage international shipments, import-export documentation, customs coordination, and logistics operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding and international shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end Import & Export shipments from booking to final delivery.

- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and other shipment documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters and customers.
- Coordinate with customs agents for timely customs clearance.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Monitor import-export rules, customs requirements and trade regulations.
- Follow up on pending documents, clearance, cargo movement and delivery.
- Maintain proper records of shipments and documentation.




- Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
- Monitor logistics costs and support cost-efficient supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely completion of shipments while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills- Strong knowledge of Import & Export procedures and documentation.- Hands-on experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance and international logistics.- Good knowledge of shipping and air cargo processes.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Import Export / Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Customs Clearance / Logistics.

Should have practical knowledge of international shipment documentation and customs processes. Should be capable of independently coordinating with customers, vendors, customs brokers and logistics partners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
