Flomic Global Logistics is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Import Customer Service Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import shipments, coordinating with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment clearance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Import Customer Service for Air & Sea shipments.

- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, CHA, and transporters.

- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

- Coordinate import documentation and customs clearance requirements.

- Follow up on Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, clearance, and final delivery.

- Resolve customer queries and shipment-related issues promptly.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

- Maintain accurate shipment records and customer communication.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in Import Customer Service within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of Import Air Freight and Sea Freight processes.

- Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.

- Good understanding of AWB, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Bill of Entry, Invoice, and Packing List.

- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under pressure.

- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
