Role Description This is a full-time, remote Implementation Specialist role.

The Implementation

Specialist will configure and deploy Compport’s SaaS solution for new and existing clients,



including gathering requirements, mapping processes, and setting up compensation modules to meet client needs. The role involves coordinating with client stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, guiding users through onboarding and training, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform. The specialist will monitor implementation progress, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal product and support teams to resolve technical or functional challenges. Ongoing responsibilities include optimizing client configurations, documenting best practices, and contributing feedback for product improvement based on customer experience.
