Role Description The Implementation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Compport’s solutions for client organizations. This role involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, configuring the platform to match compensation plans and workflows, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

The Implementation

Lead will work closely with clients to guide them through deployment, testing, user training, and go-live support, ensuring smooth adoption and high customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting implementation issues, collaborating with product and technical teams, preparing documentation, and providing post-implementation support and feedback to improve the solution. The role requires frequent client interaction, proactive communication, and a focus on delivering a high-quality implementation experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to understand compensation structures, interpret data, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Demonstrated experience in Software Implementation, including managing implementation projects, configuring SaaS platforms, and overseeing testing and deployment activities.
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear documentation, stakeholder management, and effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a track record of building relationships, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
- Experience working with HR, compensation, or rewards systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, HR, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards to support client insights and decision-making.
