Sewa Bridge Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (SB) is a social impact consulting organization working with corporates, nonprofits, and other stakeholders to design, strengthen, and implement initiatives that create meaningful social impact. Our work spans social impact research, program design, CSR advisory, technology, and implementation support.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Impact Intern to support the team in report writing, data consolidation and analysis, background research, and content development. The role will involve working with project-related information and data, organizing and analysing findings, conducting desk-based research, and supporting the preparation of explicit and well-structured reports and other project documents.

This is a primarily office-based role suited for someone who enjoys research, working with data, writing, and presenting information in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct desk-based and background research on social impact issues, sectors, organizations, and projects.
- Consolidate, organize, and analyse project-related data and information.
- Support the preparation of data reports, project reports, research summaries, and presentations.
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting data to identify relevant findings and insights.




- Develop and edit content for reports, project documents, case studies, and other communication materials.
- Ensure information and data are presented accurately and in a clear, structured manner.
- Support the team with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Maintain organized research material, data, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MSW, Sociology, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; prior internship in the NGO/development sector is an advantage.
- Candidate is expected to have access to a personal laptop for work.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, report writing, content writing, and analytical skills.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
