Role Description The Implementation Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Compport’s compensation SaaS solutions for client organizations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Daily activities include analyzing client compensation structures and processes, mapping business needs to product features,



and configuring modules to meet specific requirements.

The Implementation

Analyst will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensure timely delivery, and provide a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves delivering user training, preparing documentation, and offering post-implementation support to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex compensation and HR data.
- Experience with software implementation, system configuration, and troubleshooting SaaS or HR technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, collecting requirements, and presenting solutions.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and issue resolution.
- Training skills, including the ability to create and deliver transparent user training sessions and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR, compensation, or total rewards processes is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and comfort working with large datasets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
