About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused immigration professional to join our growing legal team.

The ideal candidate has direct experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions, developing case strategies, drafting persuasive legal arguments, reviewing evidence, and communicating with clients throughout the immigration process.

Experience with O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or EB-5 matters is required. Experience across multiple petition types is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and explain available immigration pathways, eligibility requirements, timelines, fees, and next steps.
- Evaluate client profiles and recommend appropriate strategies for O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 matters.
- Prepare and review Form I-129, Form I-140, Form I-526, and Form I-526E petitions.
- Develop case strategies based on each client’s qualified background, accomplishments, evidence, immigration history, and long-term goals.
- Draft petition letters, legal briefs, recommendation letters, personal statements, proposed endeavor statements, source-of-funds narratives, declarations, and affidavits.
- Organize evidence and develop persuasive narratives demonstrating extraordinary ability, exceptional ability, national importance, sustained acclaim, or lawful source and path of funds.
- Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, and evidentiary gaps before petitions are filed.
- Conduct legal research and remain current on USCIS regulations, policy guidance, precedent decisions, processing trends, and visa bulletin developments.
- Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny.
- Communicate proactively with clients, provide case updates, and guide them through document collection and petition preparation.
- Coordinate with attorneys, petitioners, employers, agents, recommenders, regional centers, project teams, banks, tax professionals, and other parties involved in each matter.
- Support adjustment of status, consular processing,



and related post-petition matters when applicable.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files while managing multiple cases and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the legal, operations, client-success, and technology teams to improve onboarding, drafting, and case-management processes.
- Participate in educational webinars, workshops, consultations, and client events when required.

O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW Responsibilities

- Assess clients against the applicable regulatory criteria and relevant USCIS standards.
- Develop strategies involving awards, memberships, media coverage, judging, original contributions, scholarly publications, critical roles, leading roles, high remuneration, commercial success, and comparable evidence.
- Evaluate proposed endeavors and develop national-importance arguments for EB-2 NIW petitions.
- Draft detailed petition letters connecting the evidence to the applicable legal requirements.
- Prepare and refine recommendation letters from independent experts, collaborators, employers, and other relevant professionals.
- Research companies, industries, publications, awards, associations, technologies, and market impact.
- Ensure that evidence is credible, properly sourced, clearly organized, and supported by persuasive legal analysis.

EB-5 Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Form I-526 and Form I-526E petitions.
- Develop comprehensive source-of-funds and path-of-funds strategies.
- Review tax returns, bank statements, employment records, property documents, loan agreements, gift documents, business records, and currency-transfer evidence.
- Handle funding sources involving salary savings, RSUs, stock sales, property sales, gifts, inheritance, business income, company distributions, secured loans, and loans against property.
- Draft source-of-funds narratives, petition cover letters, declarations, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
- Trace funds across accounts, transactions, currencies, and jurisdictions.
- Review project-related immigration documents, including I-956F receipts and approvals, business plans, economic reports,



and job-creation materials.
- Support clients with adjustment of status, consular processing, and I-829 matters when applicable.

Required Qualifications

- At least two years of experience working on U.S. immigration matters.
- Direct experience preparing petitions in at least one of the following categories: O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or EB-5.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case-management skills.
- Experience independently drafting petition letters, legal arguments, and responses to USCIS.
- Ability to review complex professional, legal, and financial documentation.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to explain complex immigration requirements clearly to clients.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and client focus.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Availability for client calls during U.S. business hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience across multiple employment-based immigration categories.
- Experience preparing O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions for founders, executives, researchers, engineers, physicians, artists, and other highly accomplished professionals.
- Experience preparing I-526 or I-526E petitions and EB-5 source-of-funds documentation.
- Experience responding to RFEs or NOIDs.
- Experience handling source-of-funds matters for investors from India.
- Familiarity with Indian tax returns, property transactions, business income, gifts, inheritance, RSUs, and overseas remittances.
- Familiarity with I-485, DS-260, and I-829 matters.
- LLB, LLM, JD, or an equivalent legal qualification.
- An active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction is preferred for attorney candidates.
