Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide comprehensive, client-focused immigration advisory services in a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, explaining immigration options, and preparing and reviewing applications and documentation for various visa and residency categories. The role involves staying updated on global immigration regulations, liaising with authorities and related agencies when required, and maintaining accurate records and case files.

The Immigration





Consultant will also conduct consultations, respond to client queries, manage timelines, and contribute to internal process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Visas and related application procedures.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Law relevant to immigration and compliance.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills to advise clients clearly and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in straightforward terms.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related legal/administrative field is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline preferred.
