Duncan & Ross is looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team on a short-term remote assignment.

Position: Architectural BIM Modeler

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: Maximum 2 Months

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience: 6+ Years in BIM

GCC Experience: Preferred / Added Advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models based on project requirements.
- Create detailed architectural models using Revit.
- Produce high-quality drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve model clashes and coordination issues.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and required LOD.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Review and update models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements




- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- GCC project experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Candidates must have their own suitable workstation/laptop capable of handling BIM software and large project models.
- Must be available to start immediately.
