We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social and emotional development through play-based learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Solid management and leadership abilities to guide classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to create a warm, supportive atmosphere for young learners.
