Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cloud & DevSecOps Engineer to manage and optimize Artha Fintech’s cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and application deployment platforms. The role involves designing secure Azure and AWS environments, building CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized workloads, implementing DevSecOps controls, and ensuring the availability, scalability, compliance, and security of fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and branch policies.
- Build and manage Docker images, container registries, and containerized applications.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Implement GitOps-based deployments, automated synchronization, rollback, and release controls.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Azure Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Integrate SonarQube quality gates and security scans into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Gitleaks for secrets detection and Trivy for container, dependency, and Infrastructure as Code scanning.
- Generate and publish Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) for application and container artifacts.
- Implement DevSecOps controls such as SAST, SCA, container scanning, secret scanning, and IaC scanning.
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Defender for Containers to monitor cloud workloads and security recommendations.
- Manage secrets securely using Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or equivalent services.
- Implement RBAC, IAM, least-privilege access, network security, and Zero Trust practices.
- Manage image signing, artifact traceability, security approvals, and deployment gates.




- Monitor infrastructure, applications, Kubernetes clusters, and deployments using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and support root-cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, high availability, business continuity, and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience with services such as Azure VMs, App Services, Functions, AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, EC2, EKS, ECR, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, and CI/CD automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS, Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps.
- Experience with SonarQube, Gitleaks, Trivy, SBOM generation, and vulnerability-management processes.
- Knowledge of SAST, SCA, container security, secret scanning, IaC scanning, image signing, and supply-chain security.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and familiarity with Bicep or CloudFormation.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust, private networking, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and incident management.
- Understanding of OWASP, security baselines, audit requirements, and compliance controls.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and team-collaboration skills.
- Experience working in fintech, banking, payment, or other regulated environments is preferred.
