Responsibilities -

- Lead end-to-end retail design and design development for new stores, renovations and expansion projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, elevations, BOQs and working drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Projects, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and aligned with retail standards.
- Manage external architects, consultants and design agencies.
- Review drawings and provide timely design approvals/clarifications to project teams.
- Ensure consistency in store formats & design standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.




- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and standardisation across projects.
- Maintain design timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per project schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in retail design / commercial projects / store development.
- Solid experience in retail fit-outs, store layouts and project design management.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools.
- Strong coordination, vendor management and project execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
