Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Image & Video AI Annotation chance supporting projects with leading AI research organizations. Contributors will help train and evaluate next-generation multimodal AI systems by analyzing images and videos and accurately capturing visual details, actions, interactions, environments, and contextual information.

What You’ll Do:

- Analyze images and short video clips to identify key visual elements.
- Annotate people, objects, environments, actions, interactions, and other relevant details.
- Describe temporal sequences, movements, scene transitions, and interactions in video content.
- Identify visual cues including mood, lighting, spatial relationships, and context.
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and high data quality.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, structure, and relevance.
- Adapt to evolving annotation standards and project requirements.
- Produce structured, high-quality visual datasets used to improve AI perception and reasoning.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong English reading and writing skills with excellent comprehension.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow nuanced instructions.
- Strong visual interpretation and analytical reasoning skills.
- Comfortable using computers, file uploads, and common digital tools.




- Ability to understand context, intent, actions, and relationships within visual content.
- Previous image/video annotation experience is preferred but not required .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
- Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week .

Time Commitment:

- Remote contractor/freelance opportunity
- 20+ hours per week
- 4 hours per day
- Requires approximately 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Potential for contract extension based on performance and project requirements.
- No prior AI experience is required.
