Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute integrated‑marketing strategies: Develop the company’s global integrated‑marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with corporate overall strategy and business objectives. Leverage CFD and financial‑industry trends, product iteration cycles, and regional‑market characteristics to integrate multi‑channel resources including social media, content, KOLs, events, advertising, and PR. Deliver differentiated, actionable integrated‑marketing solutions and take end‑to‑end ownership of execution performance to drive core KPIs: brand exposure, user acquisition, product conversion, and user retention.
- Team management & delivery of business goals: Build, manage, and develop the integrated‑marketing team. Define team objectives, performance metrics, and collaboration frameworks. Allocate projects and human resources rationally, track execution progress and deliverable quality, continuously upgrade team capabilities and operational efficiency, and ensure all marketing targets are delivered on schedule.
- Omnichannel marketing orchestration: Oversee content operations, social‑media operations, paid‑advertising and related teams. Plan marketing content and publishing cadence for social‑media ecosystems (Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.) and content channels (official website, blogs, industry media, etc.) to guarantee consistent messaging and unified brand identity across touchpoints. Continuously optimize paid‑promotion strategies for Google and social‑media ads to drive synergistic growth of paid and organic traffic and improve overall marketing ROI.
- Regional & global campaign leadership: Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of flagship global marketing initiatives, including new‑product launches, trading competitions, user‑incentive programmes, webinars, market‑analysis livestreams, and financial‑summit partnerships. Own goal‑setting, solution breakdown,
resource allocation, cross‑functional alignment (Product, Tech, Compliance, Design and more), execution, and post‑campaign reviews. Manage project timelines, compliance standards, and communication outcomes to build high‑impact industry‑level marketing milestones.
- KOL & partnership ecosystem management: Manage global CFD and financial‑industry KOLs, investment thought leaders, industry media, community influencers, and partner resources. Establish and sustain long‑term cooperative relationships. Define KOL and media collaboration strategies to advance media placements, co‑created content, and cross‑industry partnerships. Expand marketing reach, strengthen brand credibility and global footprint, measure partnership performance, refine cooperation frameworks, and control partnership costs.
- Marketing budget & data governance: Plan, allocate, and control annual and project‑level integrated‑marketing budgets. Build marketing‑data tracking and performance‑evaluation mechanisms. Monitor key metrics such as impressions, click‑through rates, conversion rates, user acquisition volume, CAC, ROI, and user retention. Produce regular marketing analysis and review reports for senior management. Adjust marketing strategies, channel mix, and resource investment based on data insights and business feedback to lift marketing efficiency continuously.
- Brand & public‑sentiment management: Collaborate with the brand team to articulate core brand values and tone and safeguard the company’s global brand image. Monitor financial‑industry developments and brand‑related public sentiment. Implement early‑warning and contingency protocols for public‑opinion risks, identify and mitigate negative exposure proactively. Coordinate with leadership and relevant teams to resolve public‑opinion incidents and preserve brand reputation and user trust.
- Cross‑functional & cross‑region collaboration: Act as the key owner for integrated‑marketing work, maintain high‑efficiency collaboration with Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, Compliance, Design and other teams. Align marketing requirements and resource allocation across regional markets, enable localised adaptation of headquarters‑level strategies in regional markets, and ensure marketing priorities remain aligned with corporate business goals.
Job Requirements
- Education & professional background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, International Business,
Finance or related fields are preferred. 5‑8 years of relevant integrated‑marketing experience; must have CFD or financial‑industry exposure, plus minimum 3 years of people‑management experience. Solid understanding of CFD business models, financial‑product attributes, target‑audience profiles, and industry go‑to‑market logic.
- Strategic & professional marketing capabilities: Proven track record in integrated‑marketing strategy formulation, campaign design, execution governance, and post‑mortem analysis. Capable of building global marketing strategies derived from business objectives, with verifiable end‑to‑end global campaign delivery experience. Deep familiarity with core CFD / financial marketing channels: social media, KOLs, industry media, paid advertising, and partner channels; able to foster multi‑channel synergistic growth.
- Team & project management competencies: Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with hands‑on experience in team building, talent development, performance management, and cross‑regional team collaboration. Robust project orchestration and resource‑prioritisation skills; capable of running multiple concurrent marketing projects and aligning Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, Compliance, Design stakeholders to ensure smooth roll‑out of marketing initiatives.
- Data‑driven & commercial acumen: Strong capabilities in data analysis, budget planning, cost control, and commercial judgment. Evaluate channel and project performance against core marketing metrics, allocate resources rationally, and take accountability for marketing ROI and business outcomes.
- Global‑mindset & compliance awareness: Global perspective with awareness of cross‑cultural nuances, local‑market dynamics, and financial‑regulatory frameworks across geographies. English as a working language with fluent written and verbal communication skills; capable of independently engaging overseas stakeholders and drafting English‑language marketing materials.
