Job Title: Subject Matter Expert / Faculty – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology

Target Grades: Foundation (Grades 6–10) | Advance (Grades 11–12)

Target Exams: Olympiads, NTSE, IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Delivery & Pedagogy

- Physics: Teach concept-driven mechanics, electrodynamics, optics, and modern physics; use real-world analogies, demonstrations, and intuitive visual aids.
- Chemistry: Deliver engaging sessions spanning Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry; focus on reaction mechanisms, chemical kinetics, and mole concept applications.
- Mathematics: Build strong foundations in algebra, calculus, coordinate geometry, and trigonometry; teach rigorous proofs alongside fast calculation methods.
- Biology: Impart comprehensive knowledge of botany and zoology; use structural diagrams, flowcharts, and application-based examples to explain complex physiological and genetic processes.
- Foundational & Advanced Sessions: Conduct engaging, application-oriented sessions tailored to Grades 6–10 (Foundation) and Grades 11–12 (Advance).

Exam Preparation & Skill Building

- Prepare students for competitive exams including Olympiads, NTSE, KVPY, IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), and NEET.
- Cultivate analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and higher-order problem-solving skills across all four core subjects.
- Equip students with exam-oriented shortcuts, elimination techniques, and smart time-management strategies for competitive test formats.





Content & Resource Creation

- Design curriculum-aligned worksheets, daily practice problems (DPPs), chapter-wise assignments, comprehensive question banks, and revision modules.
- Create high-yield mock tests and practice series modeled on the latest JEE, NEET, and Olympiad examination patterns.

Assessment & Student Support

- Conduct regular assessments, maintain detailed performance analytics, and provide targeted feedback to track individual student growth.
- Host interactive, high-energy doubt-clearing sessions to resolve concepts, numericals, and application errors promptly.

Academic Operations & Communication

- Maintain up-to-date academic records, lesson plans, and performance logs.
- Coordinate closely with the Academic Team to ensure structured syllabus coverage and timely revision cycles.
- Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to provide constructive feedback on student progress and academic strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of coaching students for JEE, NEET, or Olympiads with demonstrable results.
- Exceptional command over subject matter and mastery of competitive exam formats.
- Robust communication, classroom management, and mentorship skills.

Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 per week
