Role & responsibilities:

- Design and configure business rules, workflows, and decision logic within the Impact Financial Systems (IFS) platform.

- Translate business requirements into configurable solutions supporting advisor onboarding, account maintenance, asset movement, and transition processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.

- Analyze and model financial services business processes and workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow execution, system behavior, and configuration.

- Test configurations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.

- Document workflows, business rules, and system configurations for ongoing support and maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile:





- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Impact Financial Systems (IFS) platform is required.

- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and decision logic within IFS.

- Experience supporting advisor onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, asset movement, or transition workflows.

- Solid ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflow solutions.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, workflow, and system-related issues.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams.
