We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer to provide high-quality training to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. The trainer will be responsible for developing students’ English language skills, improving their test-taking strategies, conducting practice tests, and helping students achieve their target IELTS scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for both Academic and General Training modules.

- Train students in all four IELTS components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

- Assess students’ current English proficiency and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and practice exercises.

- Provide individual feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.

- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate students' progress.

- Teach effective IELTS exam strategies, time-management techniques, and question-solving methods.

- Monitor students’ performance and maintain accurate progress records.

- Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication skills.

- Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, assessment criteria, and teaching methodologies.

- Motivate students and create a positive, engaging classroom environment.

- Communicate students’ progress and areas of improvement to management or parents when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.





- Previous experience as an IELTS Trainer, English Language Trainer, or ESL/EFL teacher is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, marking criteria, and preparation strategies.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong understanding of IELTS Writing and Speaking assessment criteria.

- Good classroom management and presentation skills.

- Ability to identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic or career goals.

Preferred Certifications

- IELTS teaching/training certification or relevant English-language teaching certification.

- CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

- Relevant IELTS teaching experience and a strong personal IELTS score will be an added advantage.

- Student improvement in IELTS mock and final test scores.

- Student achievement of target band scores.

- Student attendance, engagement, and satisfaction.

- Quality and effectiveness of training sessions.

- Timely completion of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports.
