As an IELTS and PTE trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting Training Sessions: You will design and deliver IELTS AND PTE training sessions for individuals or groups of test-takers. These sessions will focus on all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Test Preparation: Assist students in understanding the structure and format of the IELTS and PTE exam. Provide strategies and tips to improve their performance in each section of the test.

Individualized Coaching: Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each student and offer personalized coaching to address specific areas of improvement.

Monitoring Progress: Track and evaluate the progress of students through mock tests, practice exercises, and regular assessments. Provide feedback and advice to help them achieve their target scores.

Material Development: Create or select appropriate study materials, practice tests, and resources that align with the IELTS and PTE exam requirements which includes Content Development , sample answers and blogging.

Motivation and Support: Encourage and motivate students to stay committed to their study plans and maintain a positive attitude towards their language learning journey.

Cultural Sensitivity: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning workplace,



respecting the cultural diversity of the students.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of any changes in the IELTS and PTE exam format, scoring system, or guidelines, and adapt the training materials and strategies accordingly.

Communication with Students: Maintain open communication with students to address their queries, concerns, and provide ongoing support.

Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to student registrations, attendance records, and progress reports.

Professional Development: Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills as an IELTSand PTE trainer through workshops, training programs, and self-directed learning.

Ethical Conduct: Ensure fairness, integrity, and professionalism while preparing students for the IELTS and PTE exam, adhering to the guidelines and ethical standards set by the testing authorities.

As an IELTS and PTE trainer, your goal is to equip students with the necessary language skills and test-taking strategies to help them achieve their desired scores in the IELTS exam and improve their language proficiency for academic or immigration purposes.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
