Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students at different proficiency levels.

- Prepare and deliver lessons covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.

- Develop students’ English language skills, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and accuracy.

- Conduct regular mock tests, speaking assessments, and writing evaluations.

- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to students and suggest areas for improvement.

- Teach IELTS exam strategies, question types, time-management techniques, and band-score improvement methods.

- Track students’ progress and maintain performance records.

- Prepare practice materials, worksheets, tests, and other learning resources.

- Identify individual students’ weaknesses and provide personalised guidance.

- Motivate students and maintain an engaging, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.

- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, question types,



and assessment criteria.

- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance, attendance, and overall progress.

- Support students in achieving their targeted IELTS band score within the required timeframe.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.

- Solid knowledge of IELTS exam format and assessment criteria.

- Good pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and teaching skills.

- Ability to handle both individual and group classes.

- Strong classroom management and student-motivation skills.

- Previous IELTS teaching/training experience is preferred.

- IELTS certification with a strong band score will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,696.28 - ₹16,000.00 per month
