- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on IAM experience.
- Strong experience in IAM solution architecture, design, implementation, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading IAM/IGA/PAM platform such as:
- SailPoint
- Saviynt
- CyberArk
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Ping Identity
- ForgeRock
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including:
- Identity integrations
- Experience developing or configuring IAM integrations using APIs, connectors, directories, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex IAM solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, client workshops, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Ability to independently own and deliver complex IAM projects.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience leading IAM strategy and roadmap engagements.
- IAM maturity assessments and target operating model.
- IAM product/vendor evaluation and selection.
- RFP/RFI, presales, and business-development experience.
- Experience mentoring technical teams.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM and identity security.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP identity services.
- Knowledge of PAM, CIEM, Zero Trust, and modern identity security.
- IAM certifications such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft, or relevant security certifications.
