A. Programme Highlights

- Module 1 - Foundational Training (1 month, online): Self-paced learning experience covering the essentials of policy, politics, and governance. Weekend lectures, reading materials, and assignments - your first step into the domain.

Note: The entire Cost of Training is borne by PPGF; no hidden fees will be charged to students.

- Module 2 - Advanced Training (2 months, online, self-paced): Weekend lectures via Google Meet, assignments on Google Classroom, mentorship cohorts, and group competitions, building on the foundation. A stipend ₹5000/- awarded on successful completion.
- Module 3 - In-Office Internship (1-3 months): Hands-on real-world experience as part of teams working across policy, governance, and political domains. A stipend of ₹10,000 - ₹40,000 will be awarded per month.

B. Who Should Apply

- The internship is open to students from all academic backgrounds.
- It is open to all academic years,



including freshers and graduates interested in building a career in policy, political consulting, or working alongside elected representatives.

C. Selection Procedure Selection runs in three stages. Applications are first screened on the resume, shortlisted candidates take a written assignment, and the final stage is a policy case study task.

D. What Interns Receive

- A stipend will be awarded on successful completion of modules.
- Certificate of Completion from PPGF on successful completion of each module.
- Access to a growing network of 1250 individuals who now serve in key roles across policy, governance and political domains and offices of political and administrative leaders.
