Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize IBM Sterling OMS using Java/J2EE, XML/XSLT, pipelines, APIs,



user exits, and agents.
- Implement and support order lifecycle processes including sourcing, fulfillment, payments, returns, and exceptions.
- Integrate Sterling OMS with external systems using Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs, and message queues .
- Work on retail/e-commerce omnichannel order fulfillment solutions.
- Manage SQL/Oracle/DB2 databases and perform performance tuning.
- Support CI/CD using Jenkins, Git, Maven and Agile delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership from design through deployment .
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Splunk/ELK is an added advantage.
