Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and operate IBMS/BMS and HVAC systems including AHU, FCU and chillers.

- Troubleshoot alarms, sensors, DDC controllers, actuators and field devices.

- Support Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA and other ELV systems.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IBMS/BMS equipment.

- Check control panels, wiring, sensors and electrical systems.

- Read electrical/control drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Attend breakdowns and respond to system alarms.

- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and facility teams for troubleshooting.

- Maintain daily logs, maintenance reports and service records.

- Support IBMS installation, testing, commissioning and modifications.

- Follow site safety procedures and escalate major technical issues.
