IB Principal – DRS International School, Shamshabad, Hyderabad DRS International School is looking for an experienced and agile IB Principal to lead the school’s academic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for the school’s academic and overall development.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB curriculum and pedagogy.
- Drive academic standards, student outcomes, teaching quality and school performance.
- Mentor, develop and evaluate teachers and academic leaders.
- Build a positive, collaborative and high-performance school culture.
- Lead admissions, parent engagement and student retention initiatives.
- Manage school operations, policies, compliance and day-to-day administration.
- Engage effectively with parents, students, staff and other stakeholders.
- Represent the school professionally and strengthen its academic reputation.




- Support the school leadership in achieving enrolment and growth objectives.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience as an IB Principal or in a senior IB school leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IB curriculum, teaching-learning practices and school leadership.
- Proven experience in academic leadership, team management and school operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in admissions and school growth will be an added advantage.
- Relevant postgraduate/education qualification preferred.
