Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using various technologies such as OAuth, SAML, RSA SecurID.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop IAM workflows that meet business requirements.

- Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.

- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 12-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in IAM technology stack including OAuth, SAML, RSA SecurID.

- Solid understanding of identity governance principles and frameworks like OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Experience working with various authentication protocols such as Kerberos or Active Directory.
