- Job Title: IAM Consultant / Delivery Engineer – Saviynt EIC (Enterprise Identity Cloud) - 3 Positions

- Must Have Skills: Saviynt IGA Certified, 8+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA implementations (configuring/deploying in non-production and production environments), minimum 1 year of experience with Saviynt EIC implementations, and deep expertise with various Connector types including Web Service.

& Scope of Work We are seeking three qualified IAM Consultants / Delivery Engineers specializing in Saviynt EIC (Enterprise Identity Cloud) to support implementation services for an existing environment. Candidates submitted will undergo initial review followed by technical screening with an SME to finalize selection.

Key Responsibilities & Implementation Tasks

- Active Directory (AD) Management:
- Update Active Directory attribute(s) for account expiration dates upon termination (similar to Microsoft Identity Manager/MIM workflows).
- Update attributes or connectors to ensure third-party users are created with the correct primary group and Canonical Name (CN).
- Create reports for empty AD groups.
- Reporting & Auditing:
- Create reports for BOT ID extension notifications for owners, emergency terminated users, and administrator activity audits in Saviynt.
- Generate reports for SID passwords older than one year (addressing legacy passwords older than two years failing to trigger).
- Workflow Creation & Customization:
- Create and update approval workflows for expired administrative accounts to be re-enabled.
- Replicate and configure workflows for AD account deletion when specific criteria are met (initiated via HR IDM file with D/R records or ForceDisable).




- Add secondary approver delegation when the primary approver is unavailable for Saviynt elevated roles.
- Replicate workflows ensuring usernames and email addresses are successfully replicated from SuccessFactors to SAP.
- Set up certification reviews for elevated users (one campaign) and SOX applications (one campaign).
- User Lifecycle & Bot Management:
- Handle Deskbird access provisioning for WTX users.
- Update the BOT user type joiner process to resolve issues where passwords are not generated/sent, description fields are missing in Bot ID shell accounts, and "User cannot change password" attributes are enforced.
- Remedy third-party business contact provisioning issues regarding organization creation and owner/delegate ranking.
- Update templates and workflows for third-party new user emails to ensure accurate data insertion into recipient fields.
- Update SuccessFactors authoritative source import processes to handle correct job assignments for future hires (Onboarding 2.0).
- System Integration & Feasibility Assessments:
- Integrate with the ServiceNow Service Catalog to manage in-scope application requests using existing approver databases.
- Assess and document the feasibility of integrating Microsoft Entra ID as a connected system (allocated up to 32 hours).
- Analyze error-handling scenarios for ungenerated email addresses, unupdated UPNs, and network/email write-backs to SuccessFactors (allocated up to 40 hours).
- Evaluate feasibility and provide recommendations regarding Azure access package provisioning.
- Define, document, and automate Test and Training NHI account creation (estimated up to 40 hours per setting).
