We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support identity infrastructure, directory services, access management, and identity operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SailPoint , along with a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.

This role requires solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, as well as the ability to use PowerShell and/or Python for basic identity automation and operational support.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management, Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .
- Working knowledge and practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) .
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including: Authentication and Authorization, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Access Governance
- Ability to write and troubleshoot basic automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python .
- Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure ,



particularly identity infrastructure and services running in cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently investigate and resolve operational identity issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity services.
- Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud for identity governance and lifecycle management.
- Support user identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and access-related issues.
- Support identity integrations using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect .
- Investigate and resolve identity and directory-related operational incidents.
- Develop and troubleshoot basic PowerShell/Python automation scripts to improve identity operations.
- Support identity infrastructure and services across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Assist with access governance and identity security processes.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and other technical teams to resolve identity-related issues.
- Contribute to operational improvements, automation, and standardization of IAM processes.
