Job Summary:

Responsible for the installation, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.

- Inspect and service AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, split AC, package units, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation and exhaust systems, as applicable.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system faults.

- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and recovery as required.

- Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, blowers, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.

- Monitor operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, current, and airflow.

- Read and understand HVAC layouts, equipment drawings, ducting and piping drawings.

- Maintain service records, preventive-maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.





- Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment with minimum downtime.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

- Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable technical standards.

- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.

Required Skills:

- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and basic electrical systems.

- Ability to use multimeter, manifold gauge, vacuum pump, and other HVAC tools.

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

- Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Physically fit and willing to work at heights/confined areas when required.

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
