About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage HVAC service, maintenance, commissioning, breakdown, and AMC operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, excellent team-handling capabilities, and proven experience in customer and site management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage HVAC service and maintenance operations across customer sites.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Handle AMC, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise and guide Service Engineers, Technicians and Site Teams.
- Plan manpower, service schedules and site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Diagnose and resolve critical HVAC technical issues and recurring breakdowns.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Project, Sales, Procurement, Vendors and Client teams for smooth service operations.
- Monitor service quality, response time, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review service reports, quotations, AMC proposals and technical documentation.
- Support AMC renewals, retrofit opportunities, repair works and spare-parts requirements.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, spares, manpower and other service resources.




- Conduct technical guidance/training for engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures at all sites.
- Monitor service KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Travel to customer/project sites whenever required.

Technical Exposure Candidates should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as:
- VRF / VRV Systems
- Chillers – Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled
- AHU / FCU
- Ductable & Package Units
- Pumps & Cooling Towers
- Ventilation & Exhaust Systems
- HVAC Controls / BMS exposure will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance.
- Proven experience in service team management and customer handling.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience handling AMC and breakdown service operations.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, teams and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project locations as required.
