Role & responsibilities

- Operate and maintain AHU, FCU, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers and ventilation systems.

- Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.

- Troubleshoot HVAC/ACMV equipment, alarms, temperature and pressure issues.

- Check motors, compressors, belts, filters, valves, sensors and actuators.

- Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow and system performance.

- Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintain daily maintenance records.

- Coordinate with vendors and facility teams for major maintenance activities.

- Follow safety procedures and site requirements.
