Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Staffing Coordinator role based in Hyderabad.

The Staffing

Coordinator will manage end-to-end staffing activities, including students placements, communicating with HRs, building connections with companies regarding jobs.

Coordinator will collaborate closely with training and placement teams to align staffing plans with program outcomes and business requirements. This position requires regular interaction with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience and timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

Qualifications

- Solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge,



including recruitment coordination and basic HR operations.
- Robust Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
- Foundational Employee Relations skills to help address routine queries and support HR policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment coordination, or HR support, preferably in education, training, or healthcare sectors, is beneficial.
