Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel record maintenance. This full-time on-site role, based in the Greater Surat Area, will involve administering employee benefits, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies.

The specialist will handle employee queries, support performance management processes, and assist in resolving workplace issues in coordination with management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities for logistics and support positions,



organizing training sessions, and contributing to HR process improvements aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices relevant to local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and supporting personnel-related documentation and processes.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee engagement, issue resolution, and performance support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in logistics, operations, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site.
- Proficiency in basic HR software and MS Office tools for data management and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
