Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Khairatabad.

The Human Resources

Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records.

Responsibilities include administering HR policies and employee benefits, supporting performance management processes, and addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The role involves coordinating with business leaders on workforce planning,



employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

The Human Resources

Specialist will also assist in recruitment activities, HR data reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and compliance.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records, handling employee queries, and supporting employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws, HRIS tools, and standard HR reporting practices.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on confidentiality and fairness.
- Ability to work on-site in Khairatabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
