Job Summary





We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for employees deployed across client/project sites.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, joining documentation and deployment records.
- Monitor site-wise attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with site employees, client HR/site teams, Accounts and HO.
- Handle employee grievances, HR queries and employee communication.
- Manage employee records, contracts, renewals and HR documentation.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, WC/PA insurance and other applicable HR compliances.
- Handle employee transfers, contract renewals and exit/full & final formalities.
- Prepare HR MIS and maintain employee trackers.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures across project sites.
