**Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions. The role involves collaborating with hiring teams to understand role requirements, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate talent pipeline records. - Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote Khwaaish as an attractive workplace across channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple requisitions and candidate records.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition; current studies or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related fields are beneficial.
