Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Operations role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and attendance processes.

The individual will assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations, and coordinating benefits and statutory requirements. The position also includes handling employee queries, supporting employee relations initiatives,



and working with HR management on performance review cycles and engagement activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Operations experience, including handling daily HR processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and understanding of core HR functions.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations, including addressing concerns and supporting a respectful workplace.
- Experience in HR Management activities, such as onboarding, performance support, and employee lifecycle coordination.
- Familiarity with HR Policies, compliance requirements, and basic labor regulations.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
