Role Description Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Corporate Human Resource Manager Compile and update employee records (hard to soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Coordinate HR on requirements (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes Handle the employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules,



and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievances procedures Conduct induction to newly hired employees Allocate and handle staff dormitories and accommodation Schedule and monitor the staff transportation

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Skills in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with local labor regulations.
- Experience in learning and development, including identifying training needs, coordinating programs, and supporting leadership development.
- Ability to drive employee engagement initiatives, workplace culture programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
- Competence in HR data management and reporting, with familiarity in HRIS or HR management software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills, with a cooperative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is highly preferred, especially in property-level HR management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Kodaikanal, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
