Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager for our facility located in Rajkot. In this role, you will lead HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and career development initiatives. Responsible for maintaining a favorable work setting, you will develop and implement HR policies,



oversee employee engagement programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of HR domains such as workforce planning, recruiting, and employee onboarding
- Skills in training and development, employee engagement, and performance management
- Proficiency in compliance, labor law, and creating organizational policies
- Experience in conflict resolution and fostering positive employee relations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
