Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Daily activities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating workforce planning, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling performance management cycles, and supporting learning and development initiatives for staff and faculty.

The Human Resources

Manager will address employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional guidelines, and collaborate with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role also includes monitoring HR metrics,



supporting organizational change initiatives, and continuously improving HR processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices within the education or services sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably within education, professional training, or related industries.
