Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions for Srikrishna Hero automotive. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for sales, service, and support teams.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations, performance management processes, and policy implementation to ensure a fair and compliant work environment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records,



coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company standards. The role also involves supporting training and development initiatives, driving employee engagement activities, and partnering with leadership to improve organizational culture and retention.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintenance of accurate HR documentation and records.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to manage HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance and leave management.
- Experience in designing or supporting training, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in automotive retail, dealership, or service industry HR is preferred but not mandatory.
