Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The Human Resources
Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with manufacturing and cleanroom standards, support workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to build a high-performance culture.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, handling employee relations, conducting training and development initiatives, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR data and reports. The role requires close coordination with operations and quality teams to ensure HR practices support a safe, compliant, and efficient production environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR domains, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy design, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to conduct training and development programs, facilitate feedback processes, and support leadership in organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis to manage HR metrics and dashboards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, pharma, or regulated environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical HR practices.
