Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies,



handling employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, coordinating onboarding programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Must have at least 2 years of Experience in the field.
- Experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Compliance
- Solid skills in developing and implementing HR Strategies
- Ability to handle Employee Grievances and Conduct Performance Evaluations
- Coordination and management of Onboarding Programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
