Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Handle employee engagement, performance reviews, and employee relations.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.

• Coordinate attendance, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.





• Work closely with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements.

• Maintain HR reports, employee records, and HRMS data.

• Support training, development, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Postgraduates/MBA/PGDM in HR will be given preference.

• Candidates with prior experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media agency, or similar fast-paced environment will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, and compliance.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
